more detail about the issues that you are seeing with aptdaemon, apt-
get, etc.? I am not seeing such problems on my system.

Bug description:
On up-to-date Precise, using the "Reinstall previous purchases..."
option in Software Centre causes files with wrong permissions to be
added to /etc/apt/sources.list.d:
$ ls -l /etc/apt/sources.list.d
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 142 Jan 29 15:04
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/private-ppa.launchpad.net_commercial-ppa-uploaders_beep_ubuntu.list

/etc/apt/sources.list.d/private-ppa.launchpad.net_commercial-ppa-uploaders_brukkon_ubuntu.list

where I've fixed the permissions for the first two entries, and the
last one is Software Centre's own.
This causes crashes in aptdaemon, in apt-get, in command-not-found,
and possibly others. Running 'chmod o+r' on the relevant files fixes
these problems.
