Bug description:
Binary package hint: network-manager
Somewhat similar to #262498 (same hardware, different symptoms)
network manager doesn't detect the Dell 5520 Mobile Broadband HSDPA card.
Somewhere between the releases network-manager_0.7.1.git.5.272c6a626
and some higher version network manager looses the ability to detect/manage
this card.
Downgrading to network-manager_0.7.1.git.5.272c6a626 and
network-manager-applet_0.7.1~rc4.1
instantly restores the functionality.
