Title:
NetworkManager fails to awaken on resume from sleep or on X restart

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

  System: Dell XPS M1530 laptop
             *-network
                  description: Wireless interface
product: PRO/Wireless 4965 AG or AGN [Kedron] Network
Connection
                  vendor: Intel Corporation
  Ubuntu 10.04, Pre-release updates enabled.

Updates from the week of 23-May causes network-manager to
intermittently fail to start when awaking the system from sleep or
restarting X via Alt-sys-K. Restarting the system "fixes" the
  connection.
