Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

  1) I'm using Ubuntu Karmic 9.10 Beta

  2) andrea@andrea-laptop:/mnt$ apt-cache policy network-manager
  network-manager:
    Installed: 0.8~a~git.20090923t064445.b20cef2-0ubuntu2
    Candidate: 0.8~a~git.20090923t064445.b20cef2-0ubuntu2
    Version table:
   *** 0.8~a~git.20090923t064445.b20cef2-0ubuntu2 0
          500 http://archive.ubuntu.com karmic/main Packages
          100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

  3) I've a VPN connection configured to connect to my university account.
When I connect to it I expect the other connection to remain stable.

  4) During connection to VPN, Network Manager disconnects all the other
connection and the re-connect them. I see this becose if I'm doing a
VOIP call (using Ekiga), for example, it disconnects or for example
  Skype disconnect-reconnect ecc...
