Replying as anyone else wouldn't be as useful, though we might want to introduce it if/when we get an order of magnitude more reviews than we have now.

For instance, if a reviewer don't know how to use a certain feature of the software, it could be useful to be able to give this information after his comment. And, if a reviewer reports a broken feature, it could be useful as well to have this information sent to the upstream dev. The idea is to use constructively negative feedback from users.
