Title:
  Please give NM the ability to set Tx power

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hello,
  This is the fragment of my wireless configuration:

  [802-11-wireless]
  ssid=PB1202
  mode=infrastructure
  tx-power=4
  mac-address=C0:18:85:XX:XX:XX
  security=802-11-wireless-security

  However, network-manager never sets the tx-power to this value.
  I can easily set it using:

   iwconfig wlan0 txpower 4

  But it is just a volatile configuration. in my case, both wl and
  brcmsmac allows txpower.
