I didn't look at the update yet but off hand: - the keyboard capplet will require current gsettings-desktop-schemas and gnome-settings-daemon, make sure you have those - the user capplet might need libpwquality or some of the new dbus services, realmd: http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/xdg/2012-May/012385.html
