Title:
bluetooth doesn't wake up after suspend

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
May be in bluez or blueman (but appearance was the same before blueman
installation)?
  1) Ubuntu 9.04 Netbook Edition (Acer Aspire One)
  2) All updates till 05 may 2009
   bluez 4.36-0ubuntu2
   blueman 1.10-1~ppa3j
  3) When netbook resumes it should again reconnect to paired mobile phone and
reconnect to gprs internet
  4) When netbook wakes up (after closing a lid) all menu items at btman applet
are greyed out except switch off BT (the first item) and
About (the last one). The list of paired devices is empty. Stop/start of
bluez doesn't resolve (just btman applet exits with error claiming that
connection witn bluez lost). If I take the BT device out of netbook and insert
again everything starts to work and BT icon at tray appears again and is not
blured any more.
external usb BT device ID: 0c10:0000

There is no report a problem features because there is no errors, it
  just doesn't work.
