Sometimes things are turning partly transparent. Parts of windows, web pages, fonts. Sometimes it just involves a small amount and other times it can be an area 3x5" (approx) in size. There seems to be no pattern to when or where it does it. If it's appearing on the web I can refresh the page and it'll stop. It doesn't do it all time but comes and goes. I couldn't get a screen shot of it unfortunately. It didn't start right away after installing 12.04. It started a while later.
