describing is not a bug in Ubuntu Software Center itself, so I have
reassigned the target to Ubuntu for further triage.

Title:
  How to run scripts and newly created programms on the terminal. They
  worked well on Ubuntu 10.10

  I have developed some scripts and also downloaded programmes which ran 
successfully on the terminal in Ubuntu 10.10 and below.
  The same scripts and programms can't run on Ubuntu 11.10.
  Please help.
