Title:
NetworkManager uses a disconnection notification to tell me I'm
  connected

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

  What happens:
In Karmic, when resuming after the machine has been suspended to RAM,
NetworkManager will usually take a few seconds to reconnect to the wireless
network. Once it's reconnected, it pops up a notification bubble, but the
bubble contains the message "Disconnected from BTOpenzone," a network to which
the machine hasn't been connected for weeks, rather than a notification that it
has connected to my home network.

  What should happen:
The notification should say "Connected to $foo" where $foo is the network to
which the machine has actually connected.
