nautilus ctrl+L shortcut does not restore the button navigation bar
when pressed again

Bug description:
Binary package hint: nautilus
Open a nautilus window.
1) Press ctrl+L, the location bar opens.
2) Press it again, nothing happens
I would expect nautilus toggling away the location bar, restoring the
buttons navigation bar
