The appmenu is still present in the desktop

Bug description:
Duplicate of #781931
Open a Window like Nautilus -> Minimize it to the desktop (by the
buttom on the left hand corner -> look at the appmenu, it's still the
menu of Nautilus, even if you are on the desktop (but you haven't
click on it ! - very important detail !)
When you've minized Nautilus, if you want to open it again, before,
you have to click on your desktop and then, to click on the nautilus
icon to open it. It's very annoying ...
