another window is already open

Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Firefox and make sure it is maximized
2) Open Nautilus in the same workspace as Firefox
What happens:
Nautilus starts on top of Firefox, but its window does not get any focus; if
I click the close button, it's Firefox that exits and not Nautilus.
