Bug description:
This has been a serious problem a few times for me already. To reproduce:
- Open any random app in fullscreen (ie, gedit)
- Plug in a USB device that automatically opens nautilus
- Close the window
This closes gedit instead of nautilus, which is not what you expect
because you are seeing the nautilus window.
Some apps confirm before closing something that hasn't been saved,
some don't. I'd consider this fairly critical :)
