Mobile broadband configuration for PTCL EVO (Pakistan) lacks username
  password -- Huawei EC169

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
On inserting a mobile broadband device namely PTCL EVO based in
Pakistan (a EVDO based device), it is correctly identified but the
user cannot connect because the default configuration lacks
username/password which is the same for every user. The username is
"[email protected]" and the password is "ptcl" without qoutes. This
  should be included by default.

Using Ubuntu 12.04 on Dell Inspiron 1564. Using PTCL EVO mobile
broadband device made by Huawei, China.
