apport loads false/positive launchpad-page after self cancellation of
reported bug

Bug description:
I was working with an install of quantal, i386, fully updated and
received a system error. Apport proceeded to inform me that the bug
had already been filed, then sent me to launchpad web page:

This does not appear to be a major bug but I thought it would be
pertinent to make note of it.
