Title:
  In the global menu, if you open a menu, than close it by clicking on
  the panel, the title of the window appears when it should still
  display the menu

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: unity

  Step :
  -Open nautilus
  -In the global menu, click on File to open the menu
  -Close the menu by clicking on File again without moving the mouse

  What happens :
  The File menu is closed and the title of the window appears  (hiding the 
global menu) even though the mouse is still on the panel. You need to move the 
mouse to make the global menu appear again.

  What should happen :
  The file menu is closed and the global menu is still displayed

  This happens with any application that has the global menu enabled.
