Title: Wi-Fi stops transmitting or disconnect; de- and re-activating wlan0 fixes it temporarily -- iwl3945 Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: Binary package hint: network-manager After upgrading to lucid wifi network starts to work badly. Two things seem to happen: 1) Wifi stops transmiting but it appears to be connected 2) Wifi disconnects (message is shown). The network-manager tries to reconnect and it finishes with an error or asking again the password. Entering the password doesn't succeed. Only workaround to reconnect is to deactivate Wifi interface and activate it again. However, it happens again after some minutes.
