NM vpnc-plugin forgets password once after connecting, every time
after resume from suspend, randomly on idle VPN connection; restarting
n-m causes it to remember the password

Bug description:
Binary package hint: network-manager
The password/grouppassword are supposed to be saved in the vpnc-plugin
for network-manager. Once entered and connected NM disconnects again,
"forgets" the passwords and they have to be reentered. Then it works
perfectly and jdoes not disconnect again.
Passwords are "forgotten" everytime after suspend, and randomly during
idle vpn-connection, while doing nothing special.
