The folded drop target icons on launcher do not unfold during
drag.Drop icons on launcher unfolds only when the folder icon is moved
on drop target.
Follow the below steps:
* Add icons to the laucnher so that some of them in the bottom are folded.
* Add Nautilus icon too, making sure it is folded.
* Show Desktop
* Drag a folder icon
Expected result:
* All the valid drop icons should unfold during the drag and drop.
