Title:
network manager does not save password

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: network-manager

network manager does not save password when 'connection available for
  all uses' is checked.

My Internet Provider provides internet via PPTP VPN. My notebook is
used by several users, everybody want use internet. I do not want to
say password to all of them.

Do not think, that VPN is always used for accessing corporate network.
Sometimes it is used for accessing Internet.
