Sorry. Unity taking over the Super key is an intentional design
decision.
If you would like Unity to not respond to Super (WIN) then please change
the key it responds to in CCSM > Ubuntu Unity Plugin > Key to show the
launcher.

Title:
Conflict between Compiz and Unity for Desktop foto by WIN-key
Status in Unity:
Won't Fix
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
When I will take an Desktop foto with the Compiz Option in CCSM
"Bildschirmfoto" by clicking the WIN-key than on the Desktop is showed
the Unity-"Tastenkombinationen" overlay the original Desktop.
Can you this correct by programming in Unity, when the WIN key is on
and the left mouse key is pressed then this "Tastenkombinationen" is
loss of adhesion.
Thanks.
