Unable to minimze window on secondary screen

Bug description:
I run 11.10 alpha 2 in a Dual monitor setup.
I have 2 screens with the same resolution 1920x1080. When I maximize a window
in de secondary screen (Right of main) and I want to use the X - to close or
minimize the menu pops up.
It has the same bevavure as on the Main (left) screen when I go with my mouse
on the same area of the monitor.
