Yes it is fixed for me as well. Though i don't think its such an
important bug to be considered for SRU + we(actually I) are not sure
what fixed it.

Bug description:
Then the app /global menu fades away a black on is let in it's place. Screen
shows the Desktop appmenu in black when focus was returned to Desktop.
Happens with all apps that have the global, their menu remain in black
