Bug description:
  Unity 3D has most of it's settings in CCSM, which is not bundled with
  Ubuntu.

  Unity 2D requires messing about in dconf-editor.

  They should both share a module in Gnome Control Centre. Specific
  settings to 3D/2D should be in a separate section or tab.
