Bug description:
  phpMyAdmin in Epiphany does not accept the normal tilde key combination. 
  But:
  phpMyAdmin in Firefox 14.0.1 does accept the normal tilde key combination 
AltGr++ (twice).
  Note: Entering U+007E works all right to enter a tilde character.
