  Could not connect to MSN

Bug description:
  Impact:
  Connecting to msn over xmmp (the default when configuring an account with 
gnome-online-accout) doesn't work

  Test Case:
  Configure an msn account in gnome-online-account and verify you can connect

  Other test case:
  Try calling an user of an android 4 devices and see if empathy support 
calling for those contacts

  Regression potential:
  Connection to msn could be buggy in different ways
