Title:
Ctrl+ arrow keys: back, forward, up are non-functional

Status in Nautilus:
  New
Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Test case:
Open nautilus, navigate a dir. or two
  Use any of theses 3, - ctrl+up arrow, ctrl+left arrow, ctrl+right arrow
None are functional but they are intended to be upstream

While I gather not the solution, if any of the above are added to the page
menu then the binding(s) become functional
