DnD folders the bookmarks section doesn't work for me either in 12.04. I do have some bookmarks present already. No errors in .xsession-errors

If you try and drag a folder to the very bottom of the bookmarks section immediately after opening a nautilus window, it doesn't get added to the bookmarks. This also prevents newly-created users from ever adding a bookmark. If you drag a folder to the middle of the bookmarks section, it gets added, and at this point you can drag folders to the very bottom of the bookmark section (at least until you close nautilus and reopen it). Choosing 'Add Bookmark' from the often menu does nothing.
