Title:
Session never locks automatically if no screen off timeout set
Status in One Hundred Paper Cuts:
New
Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
My system settings for Brightness and Lock:
Turn screen off when inactive for: Never
Lock: On
Lock screen after: 30 minutes
The problem: when there is no screen off timeout but there is a lock
timeout, the session never locks.
Under this configuration, I expect the OS to show a black lock screen,
in the same manner when I lock the session manually.
