Bug description:
I tried to purchase a software via Ubuntu software-center.
After log in with my Ubuntu user/password which has some purchases already
(Humble bundle pack) the software-center gives a blank window instead of
payment services.
Next, pressing refresh the following error message coming up: "OpenID
authentication failed: Nonce already used or out of range".
Earlier bought applications (Humble bundle) and cost free ones can be
re installed.
