Public bug reported:

I am using Zorin Os

I was doing an update and it says it cannot do a complete update only a
partial one because not all the updates can be installed. When I touched
"close" instead of "partial update" it said to type sudo apt-get install
-f in the terminal to fix the situation first.. I did that and it asked
for a password and it wouldn't allow me to type anything. Also I'm not
able to install anything from the ubuntu store. Please help me because I
can't really do much right now, thank you
