Configure the MSN Account in Empathy. Reboot Launch empathy through dash Empathy says my accounts are disabled Go to account manager and see MSN account is "ON" but status says "Offline - Status set to Offline"
Re-enable account and it connects properly and says I am online. When I check the Account status (F4) it clearly shows MSN trying to connect and it succeeds. However the main window stil claims my accounts are disabled.
