Bug description:
[Test Case]
1. Add icons to the launcher so that some of them in the bottom are folded.
2. Add/move Nautilus icon to the folded section.
3. Show desktop.
4 Create a folder on the desktop if one does not exist.
5. Drag a folder icon
-> Verify all the valid drop icons (including the folded Nautilus icon)
should unfold during the drag and drop.
