Bug description:
I am using Ubuntu 12.04, on an Acer Aspire One D255. The
implementation of pixel perfect smooth scrolling in the Ubuntu
Software Center is not smooth at all, especially with scrolling
through long list. I hope this could get fixed quickly. Thanks.
