Bug description:
I'm using qtip2 library to show tooltips and firefox 13 is not showing
the css as it's made.
In chrome and previous firefox releases qtip2 tooltips are shown well.
You can take the ui-tooltip-bootstrap qtip2 tooltip style class to
make some tests and see what i'm saying.
I'm attaching a screenshot showing the problem. You can see the
difference between Chrome and Firefox 13, chrome is showing the
correct way to show tha tooltip and mozilla 13 is not dowing it. As I
say previous firefox releases dowsn't have that problema.
