Bug description:
Open a document in Adobe Reader
Try to scroll by clicking and dragging the scroll bar: the scroll bar will
move but the document won't scroll.
Scrolling with the mouse wheel does work.
This _may_ be a bug in Adobe Reader itself, but I strongly doubt it.
