Bug description:
1) Drag a launcher icon to the middle of the screen
2) keep the mouse pointer still while keeping pressed the button
Expected result:
3) The dragged launcher icon stays where it was
Actual result:
3) The dragged launcher icon is hidden
Somewhat related to bug #1026247, affecting both unity trunk and
unity-5.0 (since lp:~thumper/unity/regional-damage-sru)
