I did what you said to reproduce the bug but it doesn't happened. Please
provide more info about your problem, system and firefox version...

Firefox crashed while restoring and opening english version of a
website

Bug description:
Opened firefox and tried accessing url
http://www.msrtc.gov.in/msrtc_live/index.html
clicked the word English which normally shows english version of the website
firefox crashed and gave a message that it couldn't restore my sessions
please see the attachments
I am able to recreate this everytime
