I have discovered that the problem is a pendng process 'nautilus -n' that remain in memory since startup. After killing all nautilus process the program re-start instantly like from terminal but after close also the new process remain in memory and the problem appear again. Now the question is : why nautilus processes never end if ran from GUI?
