Bug description:
When in a gnome-panel session, running 'unity --replace' doesn't kill
gnome-panel and start itself. Instead, it just starts itself and runs
alongside gnome-panel. Probably gnome-panel restarts itself as it is a
required component of gnome2 desktop. Unity should dynamically remove
panel from gnome required components, kill it and then start itself.
