Loss of "Bookmarks Pop-up" in Firefox 13.1.0 after last Ubuntu Update.

Bug description:
The morning of 7/4/12 at approx. 9am est I updated my Ubuntu 12.04.
The next time I used Forefox (~ 30min after the update) I noticed the
"Bookmarks Pop-up" Window did not open. In other words, my new
bookmarks are added directly to my Bookmark Root location. I do not
get a choice of which Bookmark Folder I save the new Bookmark in.
CTRL+D still works. This may be a Firefox issue, however, causally it
occurred just after the last update.
