Bug description:
Binary package hint: unity
Sometimes after minimizing a window by clicking its minus (-) button,
clicking its icon in the launcher does not restore it. During this
time an extra triangle is visible on the right side of the icon, as if
the window was still open. After opening or alt+tabbing to another
window, the extra triangle disappears and I can unminimize the first
window by clicking its icon. Screenshots are attached.
