Bug description:
Connected my 3g mobile via USB, unable to get speeds upto 100KBps, i used to
get similar hi speeds in older version of ubuntu.

Currently using ubuntu 12.04 LTS, and only able to get speeds upto
15kbps
No LSB modules are available.
