Binary package hint: epiphany-browser
I've tried to post a comment in Russian in Live Journal, but got a
message that my browser does not support Unicode. See the screenshot.
I was also unable to recover the text I posted, it was transformed
into rectangles, so I even cannot copy it into another browser and
repost.
