I can confirm that there is now a confirmation dialog after clicking on "Delete permanently". It was probably not the case when I reported that bug. I would say that solves the problem (although I'm not fond of confirmation dialogs).

When inadvertently moving the pointing device, a user can perform an action that is the total opposite of his intent and that can not be undone (at least not by average users). From an accessibility point of view, this is really bad for people who are not able to use pointing devices precisely. This bug seems really easy to fix.
