Some positions from pop-up menu have color like disabled

Bug description:
I've copied some file. In pop-up menu the option "Wklej" (Put in
polish) has color if it was disabled (see attachment). But I'm able
to choose this position. I saw some other cases when the color of menu
position is wrong.
