Bug description:
Binary package hint: unity
When moving a window if the mouse drifts over the top panel, or to the
left or right edges, instead of getting the maximize or snap
right/left hint that used to be displayed, the window begin to be
clipped. As the mouse is moved, more and more of the window is
clipped until either the mouse is moved away from the hint area (ie,
no longer over top panel), or the drag operation is completed. In
either case the window does display properly again.
