Bug description:
Window titlebars stop working in Unity after they are minimized and
re-displayed.
To reproduce, open a window (eg nautilus) that is not maximized.
Minimize it and then click on its launcher icon to re-display it.
The symptoms are:
a) If the window is displayed when the focus problem develops:
* Clicking on the window's titlebar gives focus to the window behind, or the
desktop if there is no window at that location. The click goes to the window
behind (eg it closes my Firefox bookmarks folder if I click where the close
icon is located behind the Thunderbird titlebar).
* So obviously none of the window's titlebar buttons do anything at this
point - minimize, maximize, and close are all broken - and you cannot move the
window by dragging its title bar.
* Alt-mouse click still works to move the window.
* Alt-tab still works to select and display the window.
* Input to the window works fine otherwise (mouse clicks, keyboard) - it's
just the titlebar that is borked.
* The unity launcher can still bring the window to the front.
b) If the window is minimized when the focus problem develops:
* The unity launcher cannot display it.
* Alt-tab cannot select/display it.
The (annoying) workaround is to either issue a "unity --replace" or to
use the launcher to quit and relaunch the application.
